Support Groups

Sharing feelings and concerns is important for those whose lives are touched by Parkinson’s disease. Support groups provide an opportunity to discuss topics of interest, share information and experiences, and brainstorm solutions to common problems. They help everyone realize they are not alone in facing the challenges of living with this chronic disease.

Our support group meetings are scheduled once a month in several locations. No pre-registration is required, and there is no charge to attend. Most meetings are open to both the person living with Parkinson’s disease and his/her care partner.

Support groups that meet at noon are "brown bag" sessions. Attendees are encouraged to bring a light lunch to enjoy while talking with one another.

Please join us at a support group. You’ll realize that you are not alone as you manage your life with Parkinson’s disease. See our newsletter for details.
